Richard C. Gordon
Dick attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, where he received his Bachelor's Degree in 1971 and Law Degree in 1974. Since 1974 he has practiced law in Omaha, handling litigation for insurance companies, corporations and individual clients. Dick's litigation experience has focused on personal injury, insurance defense law including Insurance fraud and Coverage matters, He also has experience litigating with cases involving mold contamination, product liability, mechanical product defects, consumer construction law defects and the defense of churches and schools. He has experience as a property and casualty adjuster and served in the Judge Advocate General Corp for the Nebraska National Guard. He serves as a volunteer to non-profit and charitable organizations that serve youth athletics. He enjoys motorcycling, traveling, fishing and other outdoor activities.
