Joel M. Carney
Raised in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Joel attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he received a Bachelor's Degree in History in 1995. He went on to attend Creighton University School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in May, 2000. Joel joined the Firm as an Associate in September, 2000, and became a partner with the firm in January, 2006. Joel practices in a wide variety of the areas of law including Commercial Law, Creditor's Rights, Subrogation, Civil Litigation involving personal injury, Bankruptcy law and Insurance Defense Law.
