Thomas R. Ostdiek
|
Thomas R. Ostdiek has joined the law firm of Walentine O’Toole McQuillan & Gordon as a partner, specializing in the areas of real estate transactions including tax-free financing and troubled loan workouts, commercial lending, commercial leasing, banking law, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and general business law. Mr. Ostdiek earned his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Creighton University in 1993, where he was a member of the Creighton Law Review. Before practicing law, Mr. Ostdiek taught science at Yutan Junior Senior High School and Papillion La Vista High School. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and Omaha Bar Association. Mr. Ostdiek regularly teaches seminars on commercial and real estate lending, bankruptcy and real estate issues. He also teaches in house seminars on similar topics for clients. He also contributes Nebraska law updates on real estate, lending and bankruptcy matters for several national publications. He is licensed to practice in Nebraska.
